I have stayed in several countries, hotels and hostels, I would have to say Sergey is the nicest staff member I have met.   Location. I hear that hotels are pretty expensive in that part of town, so I appreciated the location for the price. It was good for a solo traveler - I wouldn't book it if I came with my wife and son, but it served my purpose of a cheap place to crash each night in the middle of everything.
