  Friendly & helpful staff, some spoke little English (after all, it is Russia) but still tried to help as much possible. Very convenient location, short walk to Kremlin, Red Square, National Museum of History, Bolshoi, eateries, etc. My room was clean, warm, recently refurbished and had a new bathroom.   The hotel is very central. Only 3 or 4min walking to the red square. Initially I was not a big fan of this kind of shared places but there I really changed my mind. I stayed first for 1 night to try and I came back later for more days. Staff is friendly, helpful, they offer free breakfast and dinner everyday. Very clean. Best quality/price in Moscow. - Clean, nice and cozy place. They include breakfasts, dinners and using washing mashine to the price. Very welcoming and helpful staff.

  Very good location. It's very close to the Undegraund. - Hostel is so close to center, by walking, it takes 15 min to red square. Close to subway station.

  As soon as I arrived, the receptionist (who helped me) spoke very good english and showed me my room. This made me feel at home straight away, as my russian is beginner level and quite poor. Very friendly and smiling person, I won't forget her, a pleasure to deal with. The Rooms are in two separate apartments. There was also a man who spoke enough english to talk with, and a woman who spoke Russian (but this is not a problem, as s - rather clean room, good and clean bathroom, well-equipped kitchen, no-fry rule for the kitchen=no smell, friendly staff, willing to help and keep you in the room a little longer than 12^00 (if needed)

  The hotel is located not far from Mayakovskava- underground station. There are convenient-shops around the conner. The room for 3 persons is big, clean and so comfort. There is refrigerator in the room too. The realy good impression is the lady manager is very helpful and friendly. I made a reservation for two people of whom two could not come and that was fineable according the rules stated at letsbookhotel.com. We could agree at the desk that if the rooms are sold that evening the fine will not be applied, which has definitely happened. The rooms are nice and clean and the price is unbelievable for Moscow!

  For the price I paid I think the single room was more than ok. Clean, new funiture, really warm. The position of the Hotel is really great - just right outside of the 3 metro lines. It's 5-10 min walk to the streat of bars and restaurants with quite reasonable prices (for Moscow) which is called Myasnitskaya. In short words this hotel is good velu... ce que les gens disent » e for the price you pay. - We selected Ulanskaya hotel as it was close to the Red line, and we came for the rugby tournament held at Luhinski stadium, over a 3 day period. Olga made the stay extremely special, as she helped us in so many ways, and made our trip ore omfortable. She advised us of places to go and to see, arrange airport transfers, and even walked us to the post office.
