the staff at Diva hostel were the best! they put in a lot of effort to assist us in getting our lost baggage delivered, proposed nice outings etc. awesome! the hostel is very clean and has everything you need! the location is superb, really good value for money!

The location is great, very near to metro station, 600 meters from Nelvski prospect. The staff was kind, we could check in at 6 a.m without problem. It's more a hostel than a hotel but everything was very clean, the bed was ok. There is a microwave so you can heat up things to eat if you want. Apartment owner, Svetlana, was excellent with her emailing, cleaning and helping us find our way around St Petersburg, also her son, Paul, was very good when he greeted us when we arrived, showing us places to visit and how to get there. We felt quite safe and comfortable in the apartment, it was quiet and Svetlana was excellent.

the staff were great, very helpful and relaxed. Quite a few stairs to go up there but it is really worh it! Rooms are spacious and clean, kitchen area really cozy and bathroom/shower is clean. theres a supermarket downstairs which closes at 11pm, that proved to be very helpful. I would very much advice a stay at this place -
