  Great staff who took time to give us recommendations, give directions, etc. They also speak English well which was an important bonus. Breakfast is a good spread with lots of variety, definitely saved time and money on that. And the location is excellent- right near Nevsky and just a 10-15 min walk to all main attractions.   The past reviews are exactly as it is. The apartment we had was roomy, very quiet, well equipped and clean enough. It is in a safe area. Beware that 60% of the aparts in St Petersbourg have no private bathrooms and kitchens, but this one does! From the minute I arrived to the minute I left the staff did everything to make my stay a pleasurable one.   Our apartment was on Malaya Morskaya Street, 16, it was very clean and had all the house things you need, from bedsheets towels soups shampo, all kitchen needs, the internetnet was free of charge and very good connection, the location is 5 min walk to the hermitage and other tourist areas which was great.   The staff was very polite and understanding. The room was very clean with a maid coming in every day. The location is right next to Nevsky Prospect (1 minute walk). Tip: entrance is from Karavannaya street, after passing the entrance to the backyard you will see a glass sign with golden letters saying "Polikoff Hotel", come in and ring apt. 28 (if... ce que les gens disent » I'm not mistaken).   The wireless was working properly and fast. The room design was very good and feels like you are in a design hotel. It was really close to nevsky prospekt which is the heart of the city so it was really easy to navigate. The bed was comfortable and the room was huge and clean. Our room was on third floor.
