  I think the location was good because it was very nice around the hotel but driving in nothing else looked as nice. The dinner in the hotel was excellent with great borscht. - Nice view from the rooms (well, not the ugly apartment block opposite, but towards the cathedral etc), good breakfast and v speedy laundary service.

  it was a unique hotel. out of the way yet right next to the largest cathedral in town and on the river. staff very nice. breakfast good. 1 english channel on the flat screen tv. hot water in shower. across from a good grocery store. easy public transport except to airport. - Hotel is in one of best place of the Kaliningrad City.
