  It's the second time we stayed at the Plaza and our opinion hasn't changed a bit: Excellent staff and manager. Everyone was very helpful and provided wonderful service. The hotel is simply great.   Helpful staff, clean, nice decorations, very clean, has parking, good breakfast and a real espresso coffee at the restaurant (not included). - Clean cozy hotel, very nice friendly and helpful staff. It was very comfortable in sauna after a long cold day.

  Everything: excellent location, in the Rose Square (ok, you might hear some ambulances or police vehicles, during the night, but is not disturbing), very rich breakfast, nice ladies in reception and restaurant, they also have a coffee-shop. Parking is in the back of the hotel, in a yard, but anyway the bell-boy takes care of parking it for you. There are some pictures on a display and, dependin - The staff was very friendly and helpful, like Claudio who helped us with our bags or the woman of the Spa who speaks spanish perfectly. Everyone was very flexible and professional, they opened the spa to our convenience. We ordered sandwiches in our room and they were delicious and at a great price. I specially liked the design of the hotel in general, including the spa.
