Really attentive staff. The host was incredibly understanding and easy-going. The double room was spacious and clean. Basic amenities provided and a 24/7 kitchen downstairs is available. The staff were helpful. We are a partnered gay couple and were given a double bedded room which we requested. The hotel is near the main station and underground and also bus 780 from the airport stops at the station. The cafe is good. The rooms were modern, beds were nice. We will be staying there again in August

Good location: close to metro station, within a short walk to Old City Center and other town's attractions. Kind staff; warm room; good wifi connection, some bathroom amaneties. Good value for money. -

The staff were just brilliant! Almost without exception, they not only did their job, but they clearly enjoyed it and made our conference there a lot more enjoyable!

it was very good value sheets were clean rooms clean but bathrooms where a bit dirty and no toilet rolls -
Yes, the hotel isn't 5*, but with such a good price this should not be expected - after all you get what you pay for. Value for money and good location.

I guess it was fairly new concept for me, long term appartments, in hotel regime. In this sense it was extremly quiet and pleasant plus 24 hours reception(on a separate entry) and 24 hours security at appartments entry. Location was as central as it gets. - location, quiet

It was amazing as we have booked the also the Athenee Palace suite as a surprise for him with cake ( out of this world prepared for the hotel for 18 people) and food again provided by the hotel at very good prices .. I have never received such genuine service like I had at the Athenee Palace! Laura gave us a long list of recommended places to visit both in Bucharest and in Brasov, including the coolest restaurant in the mountains. Gabriella actually lent her her own coat so that I would be warm enough while sight seeing! We will absolutely be returning to the Athenee Palace Hilton on our next trip to Bucharest! Thank you for the wonderful accomodations and experience!

is in good location downtown just 1 block away from the square. lots of shopping , restaurants, if a taxi is needed you just head to the square. Very very clean inside and out. The people there are very helpful and will help you when you need it. Your getting a lot in the room i stayed at for very little price. One of the best places i have stayed

Eduard was a wonderful host.... starting with the airport pick up, followed by a mini-guided tour on the way from the apartment, and then a very detailed explanation of all the cool things to do and see in Bucharest! The apartment was clean and everything functioned well; beds were comfortable, neighborhood was great... couldn't ask for anything more! Highly recommend staying with Royal Accommodations!!!
