  The family were fantastic nothing was too much trouble. As a large group of friends 13 in total all needs were catered for. If information or requests needed and not understood all we needed to do was type request onto the computer and it was translated for the manager and answered for us.   Very nice and new looking hotel. Had a double bed room and the room was spacious and very comfortable, felt homey. Bathroom very elegant and had all the amenities. Breakfast was not too bad, but not amazing. Location to Krupowki street was about 20-30min walk. Not a bad walk during the day but street is eerily empty at night.   Hospitality was great. Within 20 minutes the owner brought in a traditional Polish dinner to me as a welcome gift. Very clean and no issues with hot water or heat.
