  Everything. The hotel is very luxurious, truly a 5 star hotel. We arrived late but the girl at reception let us in their fantastic swimming pool. You must not miss a swim in the swimming pool if you are in this hotel. This luxury hotel is exceptional and I'd say that it's the best in the city for price and quality! Super-helpful receptionist who was welcoming us at the gate of the hotel, and during check-out he was walking with us until we left. Also they agreed to let us having the breakfast late after check-out around 11am! They simply deserve every penny. Sauna is open all the day, but pool and Jacuzzi were open between 7-12 and

Marek was very helpful with tourist things and even drove us to the train station on our last day.   The staff all seemed nice and friendly, although they weren’t very quick at clearing tables during breakfast. The breakfast was very nice, as was the free fruit, tea, coffee and hot chocolate throughout the day. The free WiFi was a great bonus. The hotel is in a great location for walking to the old town, - The coffee / hot chocolate free machine in the lobby - came in very handy! The hotel was very modern, ipads in reception free of use, rooms were all controlled by panel on wall. Breakfast was great, my husband really enjoyed the pancakes with nutella!!! and they had many other selections and lovely pastries as well. Location - approx 10 to 15 mins walk to main square and 15 to 20 min walk to bus or train station or you could catch a tram (once we worked out which one to catch).

  Great location, friendly staff - The room was excellent.We stayed for two nights and the maid was in after the first night cleaning the room ,making the bed etc.The staff keep out your road but are on hand if needed.Location couldn't be better.Thumbs up.
