The owner has it styled out in such a bright and modern way that we ended up spending a day there rather than going out into Warsaw (we were backpacking so needed a bit of a rest).   Fantastic location, right next to the Old Town and Old Castle. Not far from Krakowskoie Street and Nowy Swiat either. Very picturesque and in a grand building which is the home of the Polish Writers' Association within P.E.N. The apartment I stayed in was on the top floor and very large and had all you needed, including a fully equipped kitchen. This place is very affordable given its central location, and the excellent views out to the Old Town and castle. There is a slow lift up to the third floor (where the hotel rooms are) if you have luggage, but it's often faster to walk up the stairs.

  Our trip happened in December. We have enjoyed staying in very warm rooms. The view from the windows upon the night city of Warsaw is awesome. - Price is really low comparing to the number of rooms. Excellent view as well, recommend for business trips or visiting town.
