  Without a doubt the best hostel i've ever stayed. Excellent location just in the city center. Bathrooms and rooms cleaned multiple times per day. Delicious buffet breakfast and free dinner every evening. Bar & restaurant downstairs, but most important great staff that will be more than happy to help you 24/7. Provides city guided trips, evening party, pub crawls etc. but will also help you find the nearest locksmith F.E - Greg & Tom has the best staff ever. Friendly, helpful and always there for you with a big(and beautiful) smile. You have to pay for the breakfast, but it's very worthwhile. The included dinner was very nice too. The rooms and showers/toilets were clean. This hostel has the best location, on the main street of Krakow. Definitely recommend!

  Great customer service. We booked 2 rooms (one for two person and the other for three). They arranged for us to have a two bedroom apartment (One double bed room and the other room for 8 people) so that we could have the bathroom, kitchen facilities all to ourselves :) Location was close to everything and very central. (the other one is not as pretty, so when we couldn't stay in that room another night the stuff gave us 7-bedroom dorm as private room for 3 of us). The stuff was friendly and helped us finding parking nearby.

  Cheap accommodation with a decent breakfast included and private bathrooms for each individual room number. View into the old town square was outstanding. Good value for money like for Krakow, especially for those going to the airport (the same side of Kraków, city bus stop nearby, taxi 30 PLN during the day) on the next day and still wishing to see the old city (some 3-4 km away, taxi at night some 15 PLN if you speak Polish / you're not cheated)... ce que les gens disent » .
