  The hotel is extremely clean (moreover, the lady who cleand our room was very kind), all the staff is really helpful and friendly and the food is fantastic. We spent a really nice time there and we will definitely come back again. We would like to thank the staff for such a pleas - Everything was perfect and we enjoyed our stay very much. I appreciated that the hotel was cosy and really clean, I liked the food (delicious dinners and breakfast - with a wide choice - really admirable for the hotel of this size - many thanks to the chef). We were also pleased that we found quite a lot of mineral water (still and sparkling) in the minibar - more than in other hotels. Thank you once more and we will come back again.

  Location was excellent, a short walk to both Zakopane town centre and the nearby Ski slopes. The breakfast is awesome, easily as good as 4* and even some 5* ski resorts in parts of Austria and Chamonix previously. The kitchenet - We spent a week in a groundfloor apartment at this hotel in February. The location is great, very close to the center. Very close also to Szymoszkowa ski lift (less than 1km). Breakfast was very good, with lots of cheese, fruits, vegetables and a different cake each morning (which our kids really enjoyed).   Very nice and new looking hotel. Had a double bed room and the room was spacious and very comfortable, felt homey. Bathroom very elegant and had all the amenities. Breakfast was not too bad, but not amazing. Location to Krupowki street was about 20-30min walk. Not a bad walk during the day but street is eerily empty at night.   It was a great apartment - nice, traditional decor, very clean, 2 double beds and 2 double sofa beds, nice bathroom. Also the apartment was in a great location, on a fairly main road less than a 10 min walk from the main market square but not right on the square which meant it wasn't too noisy. We were all really pleased with the apartment which w... ce que les gens disent » as well maintained, nicely decorated and a great place for a group of friends to stay, as the 2 rooms had double doors which lead onto each other. The - Our trip to Poland was made all the more enjoyable by our visit to Krakow and our stay in this apartment. It offers comfort, views and a great location with easy access to the old historic town. The owners were great to deal with - very friendly and approachable and very attentive to our needs. The apartment is extremely clean, comfortable and modern. It contains everything you could possibly ask for. We highly recommend this outstanding accommodation to everyone.
