Situation hotel bien place pour visiter les camps d'auschwitz rienautour de l'hotel - Very clean and new, with excellent location right across from Auschwitz. Breakfast was good, too. - It is very clean hotel with nice staff. Hopefully, we will be back next year

Hotel is very nice, room was large but very noisy from the street. Staff was nice and friendly. All spoke English. Breakfast was very good. Food at Italian restaurant was also very good and reasonably priced.
Jacuzzy in Spa was great and very relaxing. Whole Spa are was clean and nicely made. -

The friendly hotel I ever visited. The staff was warm, friendly and
helpful. The room was large, clean and well design. The bathroom was
wide with all necessary equipment. For only 5 euro, we got a breakfast
with at least 20 different dishes to eat. Coffee, tea and juice always
available 24 h, plus if you want to make something yourself, dining ro

Staff were very friendly, and we even received a text message before
arrival asking if we wanted breakfast in the morning. We have just
concluded a trip of Europe and Old Tree Villa was the cheapest place we
stayed in but by far the best. Location is excellent for those visiting
Auschwitz and an amazing restaurant around the corner again. Definately
a must if you are in this area.

We arrived at 1:00 a.m. Regarding to the forein languages spoken at the hotel I didn't try to speak because Polish is my mother tongue. They have a parking free of charge. Room was spacious, and came with a pull out bed, which was nice.
The staff was kind.
The location was close to Auschwitz, but still needed to take a taxi.
Restaurants were close by, but service was very abrupt and rude.
Rooms were clean and cozy.
I would stay again! -

This apartment was fantastic!!! It was very easy to find and it's
in a perfect location to visit Auschwitz. Very clean and modern! It
was furnished with a family touch...pictures and toys! I can only
hope I am fortunate enough to be able to stay here again on my next
trip to Poland. -

Hard-working Ursula is very helpful and genuine, payment in Euros
accepted, thoughtful attention to decoration/detail, new rooms and
bathroom, balcony overlooking quiet neighborhood, proximity to bus for
Auschwitz (10 min. On foot)***be sure to enter Auschwitz by 10:00 (free)
so you´re not obliged to be herded around the solemn camp in a group
(plus you must pay after 10am). I would definitely return to this
lovely, peaceful accommodation.
