  The location is awesome, very close to the station and not far from city centre (app. 10-15 minutes), the staff is very friendly. Apartments were super clean and comfortable.   The rooms are clean and comfortable, when we arrive we asked to change rooms as we preferred to be at the front of the hotel overlooking the river. The staff were very accommodating and had no problem with us changing. The breakfast is excellent for a variety of tastes.   We stayed in Queen Boutique Hotel in November 2013, in a double room for two nights. Our room was really large, located on the top floor and had a nice view of historical tenement houses of Kazimierz. Through the roof windows you could see the sky which was nice too. The main street is quite busy but we weren't disturbed by the noise - the windows... ce que les gens disent » must be well soundproofed. Our beds were comfortable and the bathroom really nice, clean and with heated floor. The room is well equipped in tea& - The staff were some of the friendliest and helpful hotel staff I've met. They were more than happy to help book tours and taxis for us. Everyone spoke very good English (which was very helpful as my Polish is pitiful)! We also received a voucher from their management to enjoy a meal in their restaurant. The rooms and hotel itself was excellent. The room was very large and we had plenty of space to move around in. It was cleaned daily and was always lovely to come back to at the end of the day.

  Cadre général, situation, calme etc... - Hotel très calme, bien insonorisé et parfaitement situé dans le centre de Cracovie. Ambiance très agréable, légèrement rétro et feutrée. Belle rénovation, pleine de charme, petit-dejeuner absolument excellent (sauf le café...) et restaurant adjacent excellent. Un excellent rapport qualité-prix.
