  Friendly and helpful staff, fluid english spoken. The locatios of the hotel is perfect, not in the main square, instead at a 10 min walking distance, which I do prefere. - Location in the center, really close to Wawel and Stare Miasto, with tram stop in 20m. Quite comfortable and very clean, but cold.

  hotel tout neuf en centre ville...parfait - suite à un petit probleme (1 chambre envahie par des moustiques), le personnel fut tres reactif et a trouve une solution hébergement temporaire dans un autre établissement). Personnel très agréable et serviable, pas de probleme pour petit dejeuner à 4h30 du matin, le jour de notre départ..

  It is low cost hostel. Staff polite, bathroom very clean and beautiful. - Great location in Krakow, quite easy to find. Room clean and large enough. Pay in change at the arrival: not a problem, there is an automated teller machine in few meters from the hotel.

  Excellent location: the hostel is a few minutes on foot from Old town and 15 minutes on foot from bus/train station. The staff was friendly and kind. We arrived early and we were accepted. The breakfast was at 07:00. But the breakfast was prepared at 06:00, as we had to leave early. Our room was in the other building across the street. Nice simple place perhaps on the best spot of the city. Easy to get around, comfortable and doesn't get on your wallet too much. Nice basic breakfast and fast check in! Perfect for few days visit!

  (+) The location of the hostel was excellent - 5 min walk to Wawel castle and the Old Town, 15 min walk to the Main Square. There is a closed parking on the spot, free of charge. Common areas were clean and well maintained, including the kitchen with a microwave and a fridge you can use. The hostel doesn't have a POS terminal, but you can pay after you exchange the money. I think you can also pay in eur - Very warm room with comfortable bed and powerful en-suite shower. Breakfast was cornlakes, cheese, ghurkins, toast, coffee. Loads of leaflets advising where to eat, drink and what to see. Very friendly. Excellent for the price if on a budget. Only 5min walk to town. The 292 bus from the airport stops at "Crakovia Hotel", which is just 5-10 min walk to hostel (pick up city street map at tourist info kiosk at the airport, which is right next to cash point machine).
