  The lovely lady on reception was very welcoming and helpful. Provided us with an extra fan as it was a little warm in our room. The location is amazing for the price just off the main square.   excellent location, fully equipt apartment with cutlery, pans etc, heating was very good and kept the place warm. All radiators had there own control so they could be turned up/down. There was plenty of hot water and the location was of the hotel was the best in krakow - big room and central place
