  It is low cost hostel. Staff polite, bathroom very clean and beautiful. - Great location in Krakow, quite easy to find. Room clean and large enough. Pay in change at the arrival: not a problem, there is an automated teller machine in few meters from the hotel.

  hotel tout neuf en centre ville...parfait - suite à un petit probleme (1 chambre envahie par des moustiques), le personnel fut tres reactif et a trouve une solution hébergement temporaire dans un autre établissement). Personnel très agréable et serviable, pas de probleme pour petit dejeuner à 4h30 du matin, le jour de notre départ..

  Overall the dragon is clean and comfortable and did the job very well for a place to crash after a few cheap beers.   (+) The location of the hostel was excellent - 5 min walk to Wawel castle and the Old Town, 15 min walk to the Main Square. There is a closed parking on the spot, free of charge. Common areas were clean and well maintained, including the kitchen with a microwave and a fridge you can use. The hostel doesn't have a POS terminal, but you can pay after you exchange the money. I think you can also pay in eur - Very warm room with comfortable bed and powerful en-suite shower. Breakfast was cornlakes, cheese, ghurkins, toast, coffee. Loads of leaflets advising where to eat, drink and what to see. Very friendly. Excellent for the price if on a budget. Only 5min walk to town. The 292 bus from the airport stops at "Crakovia Hotel", which is just 5-10 min walk to hostel (pick up city street map at tourist info kiosk at the airport, which is right next to cash point machine).   Great customer service. We booked 2 rooms (one for two person and the other for three). They arranged for us to have a two bedroom apartment (One double bed room and the other room for 8 people) so that we could have the bathroom, kitchen facilities all to ourselves :) Location was close to everything and very central.   Love Flamingo and missing it though lived there only 4 days. Everything was very good. And it's very convinient that it is located in the heart of the city. When i go to Krakow again i'll stay probably in F.   Fantastic hostel! The location is excellent, right in the heart of Krakow's Old Town and just 10-15 mins walk from the station. The hostel itself was very clean, the staff were friendly, the beds were really comfortable with fresh sheets provided. There was plenty of locker space with complete wifi coverage and breakfast thrown in.   Location is just perfect for tourism, as well as very close to the rail / bus stations. Staff is freindly, helpful and English speaking. The quadraple room is indeed big and comfortable. Breakfast is reasonably good and even great given it is a hostel. Very good value for money. - The location was perfect but sure glad we had a GPS to find it.
