  Amazing atmosphere in the hostel. Staff were very friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was included and you had the option of getting dinner if you helped cook it! You had the use of all the kitchen facilities and there were washing machines available to wash your clothes if needed. Staff took everyone out on a pub crawl every night which was fant... ce que les gens disent » astic. The whole hostel was very clean and modern and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The hostel is in a great location, only a 5 minute walk - The best hostel I've ever been to! From the time of check-in to when we left, our experience was awesome. There are lots of activities organized by the staff, there is breakfast and dinner provided, it's easy to meet fun new people from around the world, and the location is perfect - very close to the bus/train station and all the sights. The staff even offered to take everyone around the bars at night. There was a range of ages there and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. Stay here!

  Faultless accommodation though if you want reception facilities they are very close by but not on the premises. The location of the apartments was unbeatable-across from University buildings and within 400 metres of old square. We had a rear facing apartment and it was quiet and restful.   Novum House is in a wonderful location about a 5 min walk to the main square, which while we were there had a great Christmas market! Thank you to Thomas and Rafael who went out of their way to make our stay a pleasant one.   We got a really good deal for two nights.the staff were so friendly and helpful.there was washing machine and dryer.rooms were very spacious clean and trendy.was 20min walk to the old town and was raining heavy when we stayed however the girl at reception organised the tour buses to pick us up right outside the door which was perfect.would definit... ce que les gens disent » ely stay here again. - The staff were really pleasant , there's nothing they wouldn't do for you. Tours such as that to auschwitz and the saltmines ran directly from the hotel via bus at a great rate. Great bar, great food, very comfortable clean rooms with toiletries and towels replaced every day, simply a great place, I couldn't recommend it more!!.
