The lovely lady on reception was very welcoming and helpful. Provided us
with an extra fan as it was a little warm in our room. The location is
amazing for the price just off the main square. And on the south side so
closer to the Jewish quarter, Castle etc. I recommend room 8 for a party
of up to 5 and would stop here again if I visit Krakow agai

Our one bed on the 4th floor was lovely, clean and comfortable - room
710. The decor was tasteful and we even had a bit of a view from our
picture windows. Mirrored ceiling gave the place a very spacious feel
and there was an electronic safe in the wardrobe. We had a couch and

Amazing value for money. This is an unusual and slightly quirky hotel. It has been modernised to a good standard and the rooms have a number of unusual features such as hand painted murals, brick arches, crazy paved marble flooring and a small fitted kitchen area. The location is excellent - literally a stone's throw from the market square - hidden away in a quiet street. The internet was VERY strong and thus useful for looking up info on our travels in Cracow.
We will book again at this B & B -
great location, right next to the main square. I can't say anything about the B&B, since we got an apartment in the same street, which made this a great value.
So the apartment was equipped with full kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living room with couch and spare bed and laundry facilities. We were very pleased.
Helpful staff and generous with late checkout.

En fait, c'est ce que nous n'avons pas du tout aimé. - We liked that the Florianska Apartment House is at the centre of the old town. That the building was full of character and that each apartment was different. - The location is fantastic and the staff were very friendly and helpfull.

We had an amazing room. It was as if it might have been an artist's garret apartment. Lots of light, spacious. Small kitchen area. Staff warm and helpful. There is also a restaurant in the basement that has Michelin recognition with cost much less than it would at home. Location was also excellent.

The hotel is situated in an old, but greatly renovated, tenant house. Our room was spacious and nicely furnished. The ceiling was high, allowed for plenty of air to breathe. The mini bar was full, and breakfast varied and more than sufficient. The produce was fresh, bread from a bakery, not from a supermarket. Selection of teas for breakfast great, and coffee very tasty. Ladies serving breakfast always polite and smiling.

The location is good, near to the Old Town, main Railway Station and enormous shopping centre - Galeria Krakowska. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, stuff friendly.
We were able to leave the car in the public parking in front of the hotel - it cost us 30 PLN per whole day (3 PLN per hour) - from 10am till 20pm, rest of the time - it's free. -

I was originally worried about the shared bathroom, but the ladies' shower area was completely spotless and it was no problem at all. The adjacent bar/restaurant serves lovely food and pivo in the courtyard behind.
