We were three adults travelling together. The staff could not have been more attentive. We ate at the hotel for breakast and dinner each day - breakfast was wonderful and the a la carte evening meals were very good indeed. Can't rcommend highly enough. Good transport links into town and 24-hour security parking onsite -

Sa modernité, hotel récent - the front desk staff were more than helpful. i would definitely stay there again but found that it was far from the old city. - the staff were very friendly and very helpful in all aspects.Including arranging all tours and taxi s . Very modern and stylish with a great location near the train and bus station. Very clean and comfortable with good control of the room via the tablet. Good internet connection throughout. Nice, reasonable meals in the restaurant.
The walk into the main square is about 10 mins and is very easy.
For those complaining about the lighting issues at night, there are bedside lamps with a switch that you can turn on without touching the tablet and also you can leave the mood lighting on in the bathroo

Everything in this hotel was very good! Staff speaks english, the rooms are nice are nice and clean, no complaints at all!
I am very keen on sightseeing so going to the city center was a must and it can be easiliy done with 5 or 6 tram lines that stop maybe 100m from the hotel. You can buy tickets on the trams but you need coins to pay for them,

Hotel very close to the tramway lines thath go to the city centre in a few minutes. Rooms are big and clean. The international breakfast is good but with few sweets. Staff very kind and helpful.

I thought the location and staff in particular is what makes this hotel very special. It is a brand new hotel opened only in July 2013. I can genuinly recommend this hotel to everyone. The best place to stay in Krakow and it is a real value for money. WELL done to all staff and keep on doing a good job. I will defenitely stay there again -

And the location is excellent. Just next to the Carmelite Church (referenced in travel guides) and less than a 10min walk to Cracow's old square.

Location was great, about 5 min walk from the main train station and bus terminal. There's a grocery store right downstairs for water and what not. The staff was amazing--we met a girl who was on the first day of her job, she was nervous but really funny and helpful. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. -
