The room was very spacious, big comfy bed, large modern bathroom and everything was spotless. Staff so friendly and really helpful. Great location too, only a short walk to the main market square and very quiet at night. Would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Krakow. -

Absolutely one of the best places to stay if you want to walk around old city or do some shopping! It's situated just adjacent to the Galeria Krakowska mall, main railway station, 7 minutes walk from Main square. Appartment is spacious and comfortable. Enjoyed staying very much. -

Everything about my stay at the Crystal Suites was perfect. The room was cozy, clean, and had everything that I needed, including a very reliable and fast internet connection. It was located close to the Market Square and lots of other sites, which made it easy to explore Krakow by foot or tram.

Everything. My son and I arrived late and so the night gaurd greeted us and walked us to our room. We had an adorable apartment that with an extra cot or two could easily accomodate a family with a couple of small children. It was very clean and quiet at night. They staff was very friendly and accommodating. They washed a couple loads of laundry for us as it was the second stop of a 3 city vacation for my son and I. I liked it all. The staff is superb - their office is just nearby - 20 meters away. They are at the place upon your arrival and they give you two keys. From time of check in on Friday night to check out on Monday, we couldn't fault these apartments. This apartment 121 had the wow factor. Great inner city modern apartment which was tastefully decorated. Extremely well equipped and everything was high quality. This hotel is literally 20 feet from the Rynek Glowny in Old Town Krakow! It is super clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff is bilingual and very informed of what is available to do in the city and for day trips. The price was incredible considering the location.

We had an amazing room. It was as if it might have been an artist's garret apartment. Lots of light, spacious. Small kitchen area. Staff warm and helpful. There is also a restaurant in the basement that has Michelin recognition with cost much less than it would at home. Location was also excellent.

The best thing was that it was so close to the main square. Can't get any closer if you don't actually live on the square. I stayed at the top flat on the right - 4 up I think it was. My room was great. With a slanting roof, big beems and really well done up. Small kitchen area and bathroom. Being a female staying on my own it was actually very okay that I had to open 3 locks to get to my room. Makes you feel quite safe - not that I have heard that it would be a problem in Krakow. Great va
