The room was very spacious, big comfy bed, large modern bathroom and everything was spotless. Staff so friendly and really helpful. Great location too, only a short walk to the main market square and very quiet at night. Would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Krakow. -

Absolutely one of the best places to stay if you want to walk around old city or do some shopping! It's situated just adjacent to the Galeria Krakowska mall, main railway station, 7 minutes walk from Main square. Appartment is spacious and comfortable. Enjoyed staying very much. -

From time of check in on Friday night to check out on Monday, we couldn't fault these apartments. This apartment 121 had the wow factor. Great inner city modern apartment which was tastefully decorated. Extremely well equipped and everything was high quality. Complimentary bottles of wine, chocolates on the pillows and free Krakow souvenir shopping bag was supplied. Free very secure basement parking. WiFi worked excellently. This hotel is literally 20 feet from the Rynek Glowny in Old Town Krakow! It is super clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff is bilingual and very informed of what is available to do in the city and for day trips. The price was incredible considering the location.

a wonderful place to stay, we arrived on a overnight train so turned up to the Hotel at 7.00am expecting to leave our bags there and check in later. The staff offered us breakfast and then said they would telephone us when our room was ready, they did about 2 hours later. Amazing...very clean, great breakfast selection. We had an amazing room. It was as if it might have been an artist's garret apartment. Lots of light, spacious. Small kitchen area. Staff warm and helpful. There is also a restaurant in the basement that has Michelin recognition with cost much less than it would at home. Location was also excellent.

The best thing was that it was so close to the main square. Can't get any closer if you don't actually live on the square. I stayed at the top flat on the right - 4 up I think it was. My room was great. With a slanting roof, big beems and really well done up. Small kitchen area and bathroom. Being a female staying on my own it was actually very okay that I had to open 3 locks to get to my room. Makes you feel quite safe - not that I have heard that it would be a problem in Krakow.
