Great owner, friendly and helpful. The check-in it's a 10 minutes of elegant humor (he preset the TVsat on italian channel to please us and jokes with us on it).
Very clean apartment, near all the services (little market, shopping center, tram, bus, drugstore).
With tram n°8 you travel direct to the town center in less than 20 min.
Lowest price I ever seen for an apartment like this.

The staff, especially Justyna, the manager, were extremely helpful. Not only did Justyna help us tremendously when we realised the night before we were due to arrive that we had overbooked by 1 night, she also helped in coordinating our tours to the concentration camp and the salt mines.

The unit we are staying called Amigos. It is perfect for family with young children. My kids enjoy the toys and game console which came with the apartment. It is also easy to buy groceries for cooking as shop is nearby. The area is so lively at night. There are six of us, and complete bed for everybody (no sofa bed etc). The location is perfect for tourist. It is so beautiful and lively.

It was a quiet, cosy and..warm appartment near the center of the city. There was a tram stop 3 mnutes walk away (at Swedzka & Monte Cassino corner) which takes you to the old Town(tram no 52) in less than 10 minutes. This is the greatest of apartments located in a great area and within walking distance to the old city and the train station. Although the road in front of the apartment is presently being repaired, this does not cause any difficulty. It is a temporary situation. The owners are amazing and willing to offer suggestions as to activities and good places to eat (ask about the best perogie place located nearby. YUM!) The apartment itself appears to be brand new and is very clean and comfortable

Fantastic clean and new apartments. Nice kitchen and big luxurious bathroom. Big tv and comfortable beds. Like being at home! Easy to find and within 15 minutes walk to the old town and the train station. Lovely girl at reception checked us in and showed us all the things to see and do on the map and we could even use the printer in the reception. We could also use the washing machine in the room and the hotel provided free washing powder too.

The best thing was that it was so close to the main square. Can't get any closer if you don't actually live on the square. I stayed at the top flat on the right - 4 up I think it was. My room was great. With a slanting roof, big beems and really well done up. Small kitchen area and bathroom. Being a female staying on my own it was actually very okay that I had to open 3 locks to get to my room. Makes you feel quite safe - not that I have heard that it would be a problem in Krakow. I liked it all. The staff is superb - their office is just nearby - 20 meters away. They are at the place upon your arrival and they give you two keys.
