Excellent hotel. 5/5. It is located just on the edge of the oldtown which is where you want to be. When you arrive at the airport get the train into Krakow (£2.50). When you arrive at central station walk through a gaint shopping center and the hotel is really near. We stayed in room 6/2 which was really lovely. Huge green room with beutiful expose

Its a very cozy place, a flat in an old building which has completely been refurbished as a modern apartment and turned into a hostel.
The staff is super friendly and really helpful.
The place is very clean and feels more as a "home" than as a hostel. Its a 4 bedrooms apartment after all. Bathrooms have a nice standard and they were very clean. -

Hotel is very good situated, only about 12 minutes of walk from the main market and 15 minutes of walk to get to Wawel castle. We got an apartment, and for two people it was perfect. It looks very new and its decorated in boutique style. Wi-Fi was also working OK and stuff had no problem to speak English.

hotel tout neuf en centre ville...parfait - suite à un petit probleme (1 chambre envahie par des moustiques), le personnel fut tres reactif et a trouve une solution hébergement temporaire dans un autre établissement). Personnel très agréable et serviable, pas de probleme pour petit dejeuner à 4h30 du matin, le jour de notre départ..

Very good location for travelers. 2mins walk from Krakow glowny train station and center bus station, 5 mins walks to no.304 bus station which is go to salt mine, 10mins walk to old town and 15mins walk to wawel castel. Very nice , friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. I booked for room with shared bathroom , the bathroom just next to my room and only 2 guest room shared with 1 bathroom so I never have to wait for that. Located in a quiet peaceful area, which was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the many beautiful sites in Krakow. I find this a quiet spot good for a sense of real neighborhood life, on the way to Wieliezcka Salt Mine attraction, The host family is kind and helpful. WiFi is good, bedding fresh, and a feeling of privacy in a big home. Having a little kitchen in the room is convenient. I like the big bathtubs in the shared bathrooms. An excellent value. I will stay again.

Great customer service. We booked 2 rooms (one for two person and the other for three). They arranged for us to have a two bedroom apartment (One double bed room and the other room for 8 people) so that we could have the bathroom, kitchen facilities all to ourselves :) Location was close to everything and very central. Highly recommended. -

(the other one is not as pretty, so when we couldn't stay in that room another night the stuff gave us 7-bedroom dorm as private room for 3 of us). Great location, cheap and cheerful as you would expect. It seemed a bit like the family owned the top-floor and have modified half of their property into a little hostel. A hint if you can't get into the hostel or nobody is in reception; the family seem to live just across the landing. -

Shared bathrooms were quite clean.
Great value for money and good location only 5-10 minute walk to the night market and there are restaurants and a super market just around the corner. There is also parking on the street right outside which is handy. -

Personnel très sympa, tout est très très propre. Hotel biensitué. Parfait - C est neuf, propre, bien situe, bien decore, tres confortable et bienfrequente. Nous etions accompagnes de nos deux enfants, tout a eteparfait. Je recommande !

The location of the hostel was excellent - 5 min walk to Wawel castle and the Old Town, 15 min walk to the Main Square. There is a closed parking on the spot, free of charge.
Common areas were clean and well maintained, including the kitchen with a microwave and a fridge you can use.

Very warm room with comfortable bed and powerful en-suite shower.
Breakfast was cornlakes, cheese, ghurkins, toast, coffee. Loads of
leaflets advising where to eat, drink and what to see. Very friendly.
Excellent for the price if on a budget. Only 5min walk to town. The 292
bus from the airport stops at "Crakovia Hotel", which is just
5-10 min walk to hostel (pick up city street map at tourist info kiosk
at the airport, which is right next to cash point machine). Bus tickets
