The place was clean and tidy on arrival with excellent facilities. The lady who met us to give us the keys was very friendly and helpful. There was lots of information on where to go and what to do. Location was brilliant - close to centre but set back from the road so quiet. Even had a balcony which didn't have a view but was very private. -

We had an amazing room. It was as if it might have been an artist's garret apartment. Lots of light, spacious. Small kitchen area. Staff warm and helpful. There is also a restaurant in the basement that has Michelin recognition with cost much less than it would at home. Location was also excellent.

The staff were some of the friendliest and helpful hotel staff I've
met. They were more than happy to help book tours and taxis for us.
Everyone spoke very good English (which was very helpful as my Polish is
pitiful)! We also received a voucher from their management to enjoy a
meal in their restaurant.
The rooms and hotel itself was excellent. The room was very large and we had plenty of space to move around in. It was cleaned daily and was always lovely to come back to at the end of the day.

Very well-located in the historic centre of Krakow, 5 minutes walk from the Rynek (market square). Friendly personnel, nice room, which despite the heatwave and the absence of air-co kept an acceptable temperature. Lots of life 24/7 in the surrounding area without it being noisy in the late evening/night. All-in-all, an excellent place to stay.

This apartment 121 had the wow factor. Great inner city modern apartment which was tastefully decorated. Extremely well equipped and everything was high quality. Complimentary bottles of wine, chocolates on the pillows and free Krakow souvenir shopping bag was supplied. Free very secure basement parking. WiFi worked excellently. The staff, especially Justyna, the manager, were extremely helpful. Not only did Justyna help us tremendously when we realised the night before we were due to arrive that we had overbooked by 1 night, she also helped in coordinating our tours to the concentration camp and the salt mines.

The unit we are staying called Amigos. It is perfect for family with young children. My kids enjoy the toys and game console which came with the apartment. It is also easy to buy groceries for cooking as shop is nearby. The area is so lively at night. There are six of us, and complete bed for everybody (no sofa bed etc). The location is perfect for tourist. It is so beautiful and lively.

The hotel is steps away from the center. The room was large and spacious and very clean. The free breakfast that was included in the cost was soo good...not just your ordinary continental breakfast, you had your choice of hot items as well. It’s a nice place, you all are very kind and it’s on a unbeatable location.
