I stayed there for 7 days. The price is cheap. Excellent location. Very close to the Market Square. The room was big for one person. One shared kitchen with another room.
You have to walk the stairs; too bad if you have a heavy luggage. The building is old, so the wooden floor makes a lot of noise when you walk. Lack of ventilation, because the window was opening to the staircase. Besides, it was noisy at nights when people were walking up the stairs.

This is very central peaceful and cool. It's not 5 star but that's not what you are paying for. For the price it is close to perfect.
The location is amazing. I was traveling solo and the price can't be beat.
The locks on the door are weird and I would fumble around with them all of the time. The floor is creaky and my room had poor ventilation so it would get a little stuffy but I didn't have a room with a street window.

Sw anny was a great location for the main square. Lots of great bars to eat in, the castle and surrounds gave us lots to do during the day.

Location - 50m from the main square. Feeling a bit like a 'local' - access via large locked door from the street; no big 'Hotel' sign. Bed - firm but a great night's sleep. PRICE - absolute bargain! Not for you if you want gold taps and flunkies waiting on your every need, but terrific price for this location.
A little bit of noise from the lobby/kitchen area. Not a big issue, but could be improved with some insulation around the door jamb.

Great location in the middle of the old part of Crakow. No noice from the street or neighbours. Outside the room was a microwave, plates, glasses, kettler and fridge to share with people from one more room. Very good to put breakfast inside

Our location was awesome. Loved the old furniture and funky "real city living' feeling of the place - even the funky staircase was cool, though if you've got problems with access be aware that there's no elevator. This wasnt "luxury" accommodations so don't expect room service, changing of sheets, that sort of thing... Expect more like a friend in town has a centrally located room and you get the key to stay there. There's no shampoos provided but there's a shop just around the corner that is open 24 hours a day, and it was as much an interesting/fun experience for the kids to stay in a very old building with the antique feeling furnitures and wooden flooring and the ancient stove-burner in the corner. We were there in -6 degree temperatures and were very comfortable in our room - a bit of street noise but not as much as we'd expected given the central location. Great internet connection in our room on the top floor too!
Was a bit confused at checkout time since we left on a weekend when no one was in the office, but all was cleared up when I called from my Skype on the free internet in the room to one of the numbers we'd been given.
Accommodation was good and convenient. Attentive and friendly attitude of staff, reasonable price left nice impression and a desire to return another time. The room is clean, neat, including comfortable shower and hot water. The presence of the refrigerator and microwave oven, the possibility to make of tea or coffee were a nice addition during my stay. I recommend without hesitation to book hotel accommodations.
More central you could not get! Very convenient for all old town locations, being just off the main square. Room was secure, quiet, comfortable and the staff extremely helpful. Couldn't have asked for more.

The hostel has an excellent location, one minute walk from the main square. There are multi-lingual TV channels, not too many in English (I found BBC World News and Bloomberg). There are basic kitchen facilities in a common area. There were a kettle, microwave, fridge, crockery and cutlery. A pick-up from the airport was arranged for Zloty 50. This is a good value establishment run by a family. Be aware that NORMAL check-in stops at 19.30. If you have special requirements, I suggest you contact reception in advance. When next in Krakow, I shall stay here again.
Whilst Wi-Fi was advertised, I could not access it from my room.
