The security aspect of having a security guard present 24 hours a day was a huge bonus for me as a single female traveller. The apartment itself was spotless and the landlord Jan was so helpful and friendly prior to my visit and during it.

A very elegant apartment! And it has its own garden! In a quiet area, very close to the center of the city, 5 minutes away from the main square of the old city, by walk!
Brand new apartment with all the comforts, inside a inner block (so very quiet) and with private garden. Kitchinette well furbished with all the necessary appliances including an espresso machine. 3 mins walk from the main square Note that we never met the owner who contacted us by email and left the key with the guardian at the entrance
We never paid with credit card. I expect anyway to receive a debit note in my statement through bookimg.com (no receipt). The guardian didn't speak english but he was kind enough to take us to the apartment. There's a table in the garden where it's possible to have breakfast in summertime, but no space indoor which make difficult to find a dining corner in winter

Location - 20 metres from old city. Modern design, clean and tidy. Value for money is very good.
No secured parking space (able to park outside the street though).
Everything, Jan met us at the apartment and showed us round. Apartment itself was clean (spotless actually) tidy, well presented, modern and in the centre of everything without being noisy. The garden area was a blessing for a quiet drink prior to going out for the evening. There is a coffee machine in the kitchen area and a decent hairdryer in the bathroom so you can leave your own hairdryer back home. I have to say this was a lovely studio apartment and we would recommend this to family and friends. 5 out of 5 .

Very good location and very clean. The apt. Was well appointed but not large. It served us very well for 5 nights. We liked that there was a small private yard on the patio.

Clean, modern, great value for money, great location.
Everything was great except, the shower door was broke as well as the shower head. However it was manageable. The bed pillows where also very uncomfortable.
There is a backyard with a little garden. quite if you choose a garden side room. very close to the centre, very close to station and shopping centre nearby. Safe place with a guard at the intrance. room clean and modern.
for me, this is not a real appartment but a bedroom with a little kitchen next to the bed. it's quite little. This is like a hotel room without cleaning woman because it is supposed to be an appartment. Organisation (payment...) is managed by a third party (personal manager) that you will never see. He will just give you the instructions by phone.
