I have stayed at 100's of hotels....some were 5 stars and some were 2 stars...in my opinion the stars dont matter...all that matters is that this is one of the nicest hotel/resorts I have stayed at...thankyou to the staff for making my stay soo enjoyable... :) -

Overall this was one of the best family holidays we had!
-idea of Seawater lagoon which gets warmed up with spa water was excellent!
- Staff (everyone working in the resort was very friendly and helpful)
- We used babysitter/personal assistant service for our 18 m.o. daughter and girls was so friendly and my daughter loved them
- Spa and massage!!

The reservation work perfectly. They pick us up at the airport without us knowing it at no charge ,staff very friendly and no tipping required.Very nice and relax atmosphere.(no pressure)

Generally staff were very attentive and indeed in one of the restaurants the staff ensured a very personal and welcoming experience. The Aum spa was beautiful. We had a 4 hour indulgence package - simply beautiful! If you just want a bit of pampering and total relaxation, this may be the holiday destination for you. -

Live music, tasty food, etc. The ambiance of the place is so beautiful, peaceful and restful. Great value. Wonderful stay. Highly recommended.

We stayed in this hotel 3 times during our trip to Philippines. It is located just 5 minutes from the airport and the hotel provides free shuttle. Staff is lovely and extremely helpful. Try the massage salon which is located on the second floor, very well priced and offers great massage. -
I was very impressed with the condition of the facility.

Beach area small but well kept and water v warm! Able to book just a short snorkel at reef next door - lots of beautiful fish and coral - can also book longer scuba trips. Concierge v helpful planning excursions. Room v comfortable, though view was only of other hotel tower. Restaurant and breakfast buffet food tasty and varied. Would recommen

The resort was wonderful with friendly and helpful staff. The area around the pool and the sea was clean, well staffed and it was very pleasant to sit and relax under the trees. The very late check in was no problem. There are also a few good restaurants close to the hotel.
