I stayed for 10 days, it was cheap, staff were lovely, my 2 children and i were very comfortable.
Liked the location for the time of stay. The rooms were spacious and clean. Very comfortable.
Extra Bed was put in our room on request and with no cost

Room is a good size, kitchen and bathroom have there own doors therefore no fridge noises while you sleeping.
we had to pay for milk
there was only one small window and hence very hot in the room.
light coming in from outside from under the ranchslider drapes, they should have been flush with the floor or slightly over the floor to avoid this.
Booked using letsbookhotel.com which made me enter my credit card details. However, I am advised this did not pay for the room. We were not the only people querying this. Why do you need all my details like any other credit card purchase if the transaction is not paid for?.
Lighting in room was not that great.
sliding door to the bathroom / toilet easily dislodged, light switches hard to find in the dark.
Insufficient heating.
Room was a bit dirty with hairs on pillows, and empty toilet rolls behind the door in.
The heater couldn't warm the room and the staff had switch the heater off , next morning they said it was because of fire hazard. We had left the heater all night on and there where no fire warnings. outside temp during the day 10 and at night 5 degree celcius. Also the shower pressure for warm water was appalling.
