  The staff was always helpful. They were very nice. Room is cleaned once a week and you receive fresh towels and linen once a week. If you travel alone this absolutely ok. Room was always cleaned very good. They have some wellness facilities, which are nice to use for a short workout or relaxation. The washing machine area is open 24 hours.   The staff was wonderful. Our refridgerator had a problem but they came within minutes to correct. We blew a fuse at 5 in the morning and again there in minutes to fix. Access to the hotel facilities was great too. But the staff is fantastic. There to help you and so friendly. Loved it. - Location and luxury

  I have stayed at Amsterdam Identity Apartments on several occasions now and I am returning for another stay soon. The apartments are in an ideal location, a few minutes walk from Sloterdijk train station.
