Confort de l'hotel, vue sur Amsterdam, navette pour rejoindre garecentrale, disponibilité et accueil du personnel, petit déjeunercopieux et bon. - Sa cituation par rapport à la ville et le centre d'Amstersdam. Le confort. Le calme et l'extraordinaire impression zen de l'hotel.

We arrived at around 10am (check-in not til 2pm) & we were allowed to go to our room almost straight away, which was brilliant as we were so tired after being awake since 3am UK time.
The room was perfect! The highest ceilings ever, and amazing black-out curtains so we could catch up on sleep when it was really light outside. Super comfy bed.

Far enough out of the city but close enough! -
It has everything we for. Located away from the bustling city in a quite
neighborhood we could Conveniently hop on the tram (lines 3 & 9) to
the major attractions; cafè, pubs & ''coffee shop''
just round the corner; a 5 min walk to Dapperstreet for fresh fruit n
supermarket; comfortable bed & pillow; and all staffs are very
friendly (in fact a very Dutch thing)! Highly recommended.

De manière générale cet hotel est vraiment très bien pour diverses raisons: (1) localisation au sud d'Amsterdam avec parking permettant de ne pas entrer dans la ville avec l'auto; (2) Check in et check out sans soucis; (3) petit déjeuné royal; (4) confort des chanbre - Nous avons aimé la beauté de l'hotel, la simplicité et la qualitédes services.

The staff at the hotel were very efficient and friendly. Check-in took
about five minutes in the queue, but only 30 seconds to complete once at
the desk. The hotel is clean with a contemporary design and the rooms
were very well equipped withan applemac that doubles as your tv and

We liked the location - very accessible/walking distance from the central train station and to the city center. Guests can simply pick up anytime, free bottled water, and apple/banana at the reception area. The warm cookie for incoming guests is a nice way to welcome everyone. Wifi works well. Breakfast is very good - a lot of choices. The sky lounge is a good venue to relax in the evening and one can get ample view of the city. Room, toilet/bath, bedsheets, pillows, etc. is clean - as expecte

Excellent service! I mentioned that we were celebrating an anniversary,
two minutes later we got a bottle of wine as a congratulations.
Difficult to stay anywhere else on our next trip to Amsterdam! A bit of
a walk to the center, but perfect if you don't want to live in the
marijuana smell or in between two red lights. Perfect! -

It is so well located near many restaurants and attractions. It has a great bar open until midnight with fantastic friendly bar staff.
