The Ryad was in typically relaxed Morrocan style with beautiful features in the public area and courtyard facing bedrooms. A nice roof terrace too. Well located in the old Medina although the entrance route via the old dark souk streets might be a little intimidating for some, although the streets were busy and appeared safe.

  well everything really, the staff could not have been more helpful, friendly or courteous. The hotel was fabuluous and very well situated. - The staff are very kind and helpful.the spa (hammam massage, gommage) isexcellent! Much better than the spa of other 5 star hotel in morrocco.

They really improved our stay in Morocco and meant we didn't - An amazing Riad!! The rooms are all beautiful. The staff is very friendly and Frederique (the owner) is a wonderful host who even went to pick us up at the Jemma el Fna Square because we got lost the first day. Additionally, as it was low season, she gave us a free extra room to be more comfortable. Just wonderful, I hope to go back someday ... I really recommend it 100%

  Very comfortable beds and clean rooms. The rhiad is very pretty and full of character. Although just a 5 min walk from the busy streets, the location is very quiet and therefore you feel very relaxed when you return. Food is homecooked and tasty, with generous portions. The massage was wonderful and great value for money. Mint - Mostapha was an incredible host welcoming us late in the evening like family with traditional Moroccan tea and an orientation to Marrakech. He was a great guide on our first day trying to find our way through the alleys, souks and squares of the Medina. The room was authentic and comfortable and the roof deck is worth visiting to see/hear/feel the city. A terrific introduction to the old city. Wonderful experience - highly recommended.

We appreciated being showed the way to the main square the first evening and that there was always a member of staff waiting on the corner of the main street to escort us to the riad late at night. Great facilities and atmosphere to escape the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh medina.

  This riad is a little gem. It has only been open for 2.5 years and everything inside is brand new and of amazing taste. Laurence is a wonderful hostess. She does it with the heart and as a guest, you will feel incredibly looked after. She works so hard in the riad, taking care of every little detail. The riad also has a great terrace and a brand new glass roof which makes it probably the only riad in Marrakech to have - Beautiful riad in the heart of the city. Well positioned to access all the main sites. We stayed in Moulay which was perfectly designed in a moroccon style with a big bathroom. The breakfast was amazing and served up on the roof top terrace. I would strongly recommend ordering dinner at the hotel - you have to order in the morning and it isn't cheap but it is delicious. very romantic too as more often than not you'll be the only couple in the dining area. The Riad was ideally situated for all the hustle and bustle of the city but behind the front door an air of tranquility took over.   For those of you that found Eden Andalou Hotel & Resort not satisfactory, I would like to say that it is as good as it possibly can get in Marrakech. It is clean, rooms are spacious, there are several bars and restaurants and the service is GOOD! Be aware that it is located a 15 minute drive away from the city in the countryside, but the hotel... ce que les gens disent » offers free shuttle bus for guests to and from the city from the morning until 8.30 PM. - Very good family room, stylishly designed hotel. Kids club staff very good and enthusiastic. Waiting staff attentive, check in staff friendly. Very quiet at night so excellent sleep. Hotel very clean. Having heating in the room was very welcome as it dropped to 10 degrees when we were there.
