We loved the quiet, tasteful environment. The staff did everything including laundry for us as if they really enjoyed serving us. After 5 dayus in a Riad in the Medina I stayed here for 3 days. My room was great. Large, a good bed, clean everyday, a nice bathroom and a balcony looking out over the swimming pool and garden. I had a great time laying beside the swimming pool an my sunbed and having a swim to cool down and a minttea every now and then. Although far from Djemaa el Fna it´s only a 10 minute ride away. Our stay at Riad Berbere was wonderful , we were 6 friends ladies, all + 50 . , occupied 3 rooms ( the ground floor room, room with the balcony and the terrace room) .
The first few days it was a bit tricky to find our way from and to the riad , in the maze medina, but then we learned.
It is a very tipical beautiful Marrakech riad , wonderfully renewed, by Quentin Wilbaux , the well known Belgian architect , who also owns the Riad Berbere.

This Riad was amazing, all I wanted from our Moroccan trip was to see all the amazing tile and plaster work and once I stepped into this place I didn't need to leave! Stayed in a 15th century tiled room with stained glass windows and painted ceiling. This riad is central in Marrakesh but our room was silent at night. Concernant le lieu : Un riad idéalement situé (au calme pour la nuit, mais à 10 minutes à pied de la Place Jema el Fna), des chambres tout confort à la décoration splendide, un bassin idéal pour se rafraîchir après une journée de marche, des petits-déjeuners copieux et délicieux...
Concernant l'accueil : disponibilité, patience, gentillesse sont quelques uns des atouts de ce riad (la liste n'est pas exhaustive, loin de là).
