Me,travelling all by myself as awoman,I felt so comfortable, warmly welcomed and spoilt by the whole staff !! I had a great time and I enjoyed coming home in the afternoon from my inspiring trip through this awesome town of Marrakech,into this peaceful Riad Croix Berbere!! We came to the riad through the hustle and bustle of the Medina, with
the host Julien leading the way. As we entered Riad Bibtia, the
tranquility and atmosphere of the building really struck us. We had been
looking for a riad that had traditional Moroccan design and we could not
have hoped for more. The lovely hostess Françoise greeted us with min

The family really takes care of their gests! Both so that you feel very welcome to their riad and to help you to plan/do nice things during your stay. When we need help to buy some jewellery, we were nicely followed to several serious shops and helped to get at good price. So very serviceminded! Thanks!
PS: Taxi t/f airport may differ much. We used the same driver both ways (40 DH from just outside airport/50 DH drop off at airport). This nice and trustfull driver: 0602458448.

Oman, Abdul and all the other staff who made our short stay such a
comfortable and memorable one! The Riad Zolah and all its staff are a
real credit to it owners and truly a paradise right in heart of the

Location great for shopping in souks and not far from main square.

J'ai trop bien aimé cette hotel, le personnel rien a dire ils sont toujours la presentable, bien organiser, la chambre elle est magnifique avec le petit salon, la terrasse je vous raconte meme pas j'ai dormi un soir sur un grand matela, si je revien mais c sur HOTEL EL KENNARIA et l'enssemble du personnel bravo!!! -

The staff is very helpful and really nice to be with. The terrace is the bigger one I have seen (so far) with excellent music to chill out at anytime of the day and night. Thanks again for making my stay a beautiful experience. I will definitively come back again. Nice one!!! -
Staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. They did all they could they make our stay comfortable. Use of their kitchen is allowed. Riad location within the square is great. Several spas/hamams very close by too.

The Riad is located in the heart of the Medina-- although you have to go
through quite a few windy streets to enter the main street of the Media
from the Riad. This does mean that it is in the quieter areas at night.

By spa, I am thinking of the hammam. Perfect place to stay, near to the
centre and yet very quiet in the Riad itself. Spotlessly clean
throughout and generally everything is kept to a very high standard. I
can't speak highly enough of the staff....they were so very very
helpful and everything was done with a genuine smile. My husband was
ill while we were there (nothing to do with food in the Riad I might
add) and had to have a day of medical care. I can't believe the
help we got from all of th

staff made the service most personal (we knew almost the entire staff
on a first name basis). Like staying as a guest at your best friends

I absolutely loved this riad! There are lots of good riads in
Marrakech but please stay in this one at least one night! The location
is perfect, 3 min away walking to Djemma el Fna square. Staff is very
nice and friendly. We got back to the riad from shopping and dining
around midnight and we wanted mint tea sooo bad that we asked the
person at the front desk if we could have some and he made some tea
for us. I don't remember his name, I wish I did so I can give him
credit here..

A beautiful, modern and luxurious Riad with outstanding staff who
really make sure your stay is relaxed and enjoyable. We can absolutely
recommend a stay here - it is the personal service on top of the
beautiful facilities which make this place so special. We stayed 4
