Nous avons été accueillis par le veilleur de nuit qui fait ce qu'il peut et qui est sympathique. Il nous a même préparé le petit déjeûner du matin avant notre départ à l'aéroport ( 4h!!)

Marrakesh. Full of atmosphere and Moroccan character. Not luxury but
beautiful design, furniture and features. We had the two rooms on the
ground floor with the courtyard and pool between them where we had

The relaxation of the riad was wonderful, you would never know of all the hustle & bustle going on outside. The roof top area was lovely. Very friendly staff, nothing was any trouble for them. They were always helpful with advise, making reservations & booking taxi's.
Some of us had been before & would recommend an organised trip to the Altlas mountains & to see how the other half live at the NIkki beach! Some good shopping for souvenirs.

Everything was perfect, the building itself was beautiful and a great environment to stay in. Breakfast was delicious - it was more or less the same every day but there was enough varietey within that (sweet pastries, three types of pancakes, homemade yoghurt, bread and more) to keep our tastbuds happy for a whole week. I have to say that what made my stay so great is the staff. Fouad is a genuinely caring person. .
We arranged to have dinner in the Riad the night we arrived it was delicious. The roof terrace is a fabulous place for the tasty breakfast or a quiet drink in the evenings. Staff were very warm and friendly (in particular the Manageress). Lovely traditional Moroccan decor, well appointed rooms, good pool. Food was also really good. Was also able to communicate with the staff via email before arrival to arrange our stay. Location was excellent, close to the Djemaa el fna, easy to find yet peaceful and quiet. We would not hesitate to stay at Riad Kaiss again.

Excellent location and amazing staff!!! My boyfriend and I stayed in this riad after coming from a 3 day trip from the desert, we were exhausted and the staff was great at making us relax and feel comfortable. Smiles and mint tea when you arrive, what else do you need?! You're 3 min away walking to Djemma el Fna!

Bien situé, on a réussi a pas se perdre une seule fois, il est facile de savoir comment le retrouver malgrès les nombreuses ruelles. J'avais peur que ce ne soit pas sécurisant mais pas du tout on est rentré à 5h du matin en toute sécurité. Personnelle très accueillant, est pas encombrant, le top!

Riad Jnane Agdal was a beautiful hotel with excellent staff.
We found it a perfect place to relax after walking around the busy Souks of Marrakech. At times I much preferred sitting by the pool in the lobby than being outside in the heat.
The breakfast was very nice every morning with some of the best coffee I've ever had.

We were welcomed with great hospitality in the Riad and although we had some (double)booking issues, were given a very nice room. The rooms were very clean and the roofterras offered a nice view during breakfast in the morning.
The Riad is located in a nice area in the Medina, making every morning's (<10min) walk to Djemaa el Fna very enjoyable.
It was a great place to stay, for the last days of our trip to Morocco, against a very fair tarif!

J'ai trop bien aimé cette hotel, le personnel rien a dire ils sont toujours la presentable, bien organiser, la chambre elle est magnifique avec le petit salon, la terrasse je vous raconte meme pas j'ai dormi un soir sur un grand matela, si je revien mais c sur HOTEL EL KENNARIA et l'enssemble du personnel bravo!!! -

The staff is very helpful and really nice to be with. The terrace is the bigger one I have seen (so far) with excellent music to chill out at anytime of the day and night. Staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. They did all they could they make our stay comfortable. Use of their kitchen is allowed. Riad location within the square is great. Several spas/hamams very close by too.
