Perfect staff, the manager was extremely helpful organizing our trips and answering all our questions etc. Really great guy.
Also we got probably the best rate in the city to exchange our euros to Dirhams at the Riad.

When my friends and I were planning a trip to marrakech, because we are all women, not so young, we had to find a good location and not expensive and could accomodate our group of 11 persons. Everything was perfect, the building itself was beautiful and a great environment to stay in. Breakfast was delicious - it was more or less the same every day but there was enough varietey within that (sweet pastries, three types of pancakes, homemade yoghurt, bread and more) to keep our tastbuds happy for a whole week. This place is a little palace, all is beautifull decorated and our room was comfortabel, clean and well cared, there were even bathrobes.
Frenck made our stay very pleasant.He is a really nice host, and knows the meaning of hospitality.
He made our stay the best we have had in Morocco.
We didn t used the swimming pool because it was a bit too cold

Riad Puchka is the real deal if you want to experience authentic medina life! It is a bit off the beaten track, in real morroccon living quarters, yet still a comfortable 10 minute walk to the djemnaa square. it is a safe neighbourhood ( we're 2 women travellers)The riad itself has wonderful rooms,-(only 4, which means privacy and quietness) the swimming pool and jacuzzi were a nice break from hot summer days.

A very professionally run Riad, well trained staff and level of service from everyone. The decor and architecture are stunning and our room "Panther" simple adorable. Lovely, lovely Riad. William and Khansa were very welcoming . Arrived in the evening so we were very pleased with being picked up at the airport and guided to the Riad through the crazy evening traffic! We were given a delicious meal in front of an open fire, much needed.

A very pleasant place to stay in Marrakesh. Whilst in the middle of the busy Medina, it is totally quiet and relaxing which is great after a day of exploring the Medina, sightseeing and shopping in the nearby huge souk.
We were received very well and Khansa took exceptionally well care of us, on a couple of occasions way above expectations!
Breakfast was excellent and different each day.
We also received good advice on restaurants, shopping and things to see.

Magnifique Riad à recommander ! Salma et Abdu ont été adorables avec nous. Les chambres sont décorées avec goût et celles du 1er étage sont très calmes.
