Carpets in the corridors not as clean as they should be. Searing in lobby to wait for visitors etc a bit sparse: 4 chairs

The hotel is beautiful, the staff very friendly, I had to change my room because of some noisy construction next door and they were very happy to do it. The food was very good, I liked the gym and the pool area, very relaxing and cute.

It was My second trip to Monterrey and my second stay at the Hotel! I just love the atmosphere and the staff was extremely helpful! It is a luxury hotel but with a classic and elegant touch! Just the way I like it!
I love the lobby and lobby bar. The restaurant is nice but the food only fair. The rooms are nice and I had a nice view.
I have stayed at the Safi 5 times now in 2013 but only once offered an upgraded room. Check in took a very long time as they could not find my reservation even though I called and confirmed the night before and the woman found immediately. Room near elevator and very noisy.
