I was so tired when I arrived at the hotel at 2 p.m., I got a quick meal at the restaurant, changed into my sleep shirt got into bed and slept 9 hours straight (I had to be at the airport at 4 a.m. the next morning). The room air conditioning was set at the perfect temperature, the bed was very clean and extremely comfortable. I loved the soap in

A very helpful tourist information staff member supplying us with maps and instructions for using the subway. He couldn't have been better.

Maria del Alma guest house was beautiful. I enjoyed a week-long stay in
a lovely, upstairs room with an expansive deck. The colors, the decor
and the peacefulness of the inner courtyard made it hard for me to leave

The owners and staff are very friendly and helpful. We do not speak Spanish, and had not been in Mexico City before. They made restaurant and sightseeing suggestions and schedule the taxi back to the airport.
The location is perfect for the historical district. We would definitely stay here again

The room was spotlessly clean and bed very comfortable. It was also very quiet.
The staff reminded that the clocks were going forward the day before checkout which was brilliant otherwise I would have missed my flight.
There were some problems with WiFI internet access and my room phone but two staff sorted it our very quickly.

Excellent clean hotel. Great location close to metro and also for walking the city. The rooms are well soundproofed with very comfortable bed and pillows. There is a balcony in every room which has great sights over the city.
Would definately stay here again - great value for money.

The location on the level above the main floor felt very secure. Rooms very well appointed. the bell-person (?) named Joel was incredible: we were 2 women traveling and he really took care of us. -
