Was perfect! The owners were so helpfull, nice and friendly that its
hart to describe. Its a lovely couple, that has a great actitude towards
their guests. Not just maps and advices were to go, but Jan helped us to
get tickets to Chichen Itza, then to Playa del Carmen (they were brought
to hotel), orgnized loundry for us (small charge) etc. Hotel

The owner Yan is from Holland. He has a perfect sense of Hospitality. Everything is arranged in a perfect way. Besides nice hotel service he also provided lots of advice and suggestion about the trip around Merida area. He mention that if he is not very busy he could also drive the guest for a day trip near by of course with very reasonable charge. Yan could also help to make a travel package include hotel and Maya heritages.The breakfast is diversify. You could enjoy different Mexico homemade

This place is what heaven must be like. Although we're young and on a budget, we like staying in authentic, beautiful places and this hotel was the best welcome to Mexico we could get.
The hotel is in this beautiful traditional-styled home with a wonderful patio with fountain allowing you to sleep with only the sound of the flowing water... The decorations, made by locals, were incredibly beautiful (from the bed covers to the ceramic hand painted sink).

It was really being nice at Hotel Casa Nobel. I traveled with 2 of my friends and we had a wonderful time there. It was more like a holiday home. It is actually a family running it. The staff was great! The room was big and luxe with a view on Paseo de Montejo. We got a welcome drink at the bar and where close to a nice italian restaurant.
