It's a perfect place to stay in Mexico City for a family with small child. The suites are well-equiped, clean and very nice. There is everything you might need. The personnel is very attentive and helpful. There are a laundry and a gym free of charge.
There were no problems with wi-fi in room, the signal was strong and constant.

Our room was very clean and cosy, with all necessary kitchen equipment: microwave oven, fridge, plate and dishes. The staff does not speak English but they were very polite and friendly. The Sevilla metro station is in about 10 min walk and the Chapultepec is in about 15-20 min walk. Would recommend for staying.

Spacious facilities. The 2 bedrooms apartment is huge, 4 people can fit comfortably.
Nice location, next to Polanco and all its restaurants and bars.

The staff were very helpful and spoke English. The bedroom was a bit small with a hard bed, but had a very large bathroom with tub. It was in a good location, and fairly central. We were able to walk to many other parts of town and destinations.

defective and immediatly after we did mentionned, somebody came to fix

I had the best experience at Hotel Villa Condesa! I highly recommend this hotel.
Firstly, the hotel's location is great: all of the lovely restaurants, coffee shops, and bars of Condesa and Roma are within walking distance. Also, the hotel's staff is very attentive and friendly (and bilingual). Several staff members helped me out with special requests during my six night stay. I have stayed at many hotels in Mexico City...some much more expensive...but this hotel has a great location, rooms are large and clean, staff was extremely welcoming, professional and friendly...and they upgraded my room without asking as a courtesy....wonderful stay...this will be my go to Hotel from now on...the hotel shopping is done...stay he

Easy to get a taxi as they're out the front
Friendly staff
Breakfast was adequate - toast, muesli, yoghurt, donuts, a hot dish, fruit, tea and coffee and available until quite late each day
Wifi was intermittent and didnt actually work the last 24hrs if our stay but mostly ok if you stand in the right place in your room !
Rooms were clean, comfortable and quirky !
