  The staff are very friendly, and I was really happy with my stay. I would most definitely recommend staying at Hotel Casino Plaza in Guadalajara. They offer great competitive pricing without compromising service or how clean everything is in the hotel and/or rooms. The rooms are very big, clean, and the whole hotel smells nice. Localization- 5-6 blocks from zocalo- 10 minutes (or less) walking, new building 2. big room with two 140cm-wide beds. 3. safebox in the wardrobe, good wifi speed, aircondition. 4.Helpfull staff speaking good english ( we do speak spanish but for some tourists it is important) 5. nice small patio next to the restaurant. 6. new elevators. 7. very clean rooms and corridors. 8. good value for money

  Great location! Very clean, nice and really good ambience. Food was excellent and very reasonable. Front desk personnel were most helpful and courteous. - I enjoyed everything, but the helpful staff was exceptional. The restaurant in the hotel was the best.

  The hotel is well situated, along one of the main avenues. The staff is friendly altough the hotel was 100% occupancy and we could not get our room until one hour after we arrived, since we were there for a wedding we had to change our clothes in the restroom.
