  I loved all the trees on the complex. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I loved the Marguritas and the bartender made sure they were perfect! Much appreciated. - room service was good and timely. the spa was lovely with a great staff.

  This hotel was stunning from top to bottom. The staff was friendly, helpful, and so wonderful. The room I shared with my friends was absolutely gorgeous and had an ocean view. It had an en-suite kitchen which was great, and the bathroom was enormous. The entire facility was immaculately clean. Our personal concierge recommended Xcaret to us as an ... ce que les gens disent » excursion, and it was beautiful. Definitely a great place to visit, especially for a family. - We only stayed here one night, but boy, do I wish it was longer.... Pools are fantastic, rooms are well appointed. Ours had a full kitchen and laundry facilities - as well as great sea views. The spa was fantastic also, with very attentive, friendly staff and good attention to detail, and a good service provided. The hotel also has outdoor guest BBQ facilities, which I thought was a great idea.

  Value for money. The staff in the dining room was excellent. unfailingly courteous, attentive without being officious or intrusive. The chambermaids were very good as well.
