Excellent Dive Shop - Pepe Scuba shop right on site at the hotel. Get up in the morning and get straight in the dive boat right in front of the hotel, excellent. Dive Masters were friendly and knowledgeable. Dive boat VERY fast so gets you there before all the others, and not packed with a lot of people - only small groups of divers at a time.

The staff were very friendly and eager to help. I stayed here while competing in the ironman and cannot fault the hotel for it's efforts to accommodate the additional needs when taking part in such an event.

Massage with Theresa excellent. Staff friendly and attentive. Good food and drinks. Diving with Scuba Do- superb. A great four days - I would highly recommend to relax and recharge.

Absolutely loved the location and staff. We really only used the room for showering and sleeping and it was perfect for that. We loved that we could just jump in the ocean if we wanted to as well. -

There is a saying that you get what you pay for and that is the case
with Cozumel Hotel and Resort. We only paid $450 for 5 nights and
breakfast was included. The hotel is old but kept clean.

The staff were outstanding. The food at all of the restartaunt venues although small in portion was excellent. We would highly recommend Secrets Aura Cozumel to other couples.

Gorgeous location, right on the beach. Units all have thatched palm roofs and minimal amenities (no phone, internet, TV, etc.) although Internet access is available at the bar and in the lobby. The location is fantastic. Best on the Playa del Carmen. Wake up and go to sleep with the sound of the surf: in your own hammock on your own little patio, if you choose. The bungalows are a very good idea but are in need of renovation. The good news is, the whole place is being renovated and ready by the end of 2014. Go then.
