  The hotel has a fantastic location in Cozumel, with a swimming pool and hot tub at the edge of the beach, all organically integrated with a natural swimming pool where one can start snorkeling/diving at the hotel footstep.   The Flamingo is a very comfortable hotel in a good location on the edge of the town and close to the waterfront. The staff are courteous and friendly the bar manager Ivan is an excellent "mine host" and a great source of local knowledge whose recommendations were greatly appreciated.   The housekeeping staff was friendly and attentive. The front desk staff was professional. The food service team was accomodating and went out of their way to get to know where you are from. The all-included breakfast was a good deal- an abundant buffet with fresh eggs to order available as well.
