this is my second time and my family like sri tiara ..friendly staff..free internet...near shopping area..good for families

Excellent location (if you have transport), quiet area, very relaxing environment, plenty of covered parking spaces, staff (mostly security staff who also do many other thing were friendly and helpful), nice town view from room (but hazy during the time of stay), spacy rooms.
Should increase the room cleaning to at least once in 2 days. Furniture was a bit run down but was okay. Limited TV channels available.

its not clean there is Insects everywhere we cant stay no serves after 6 if i need any thing no body there we was book there rooms but we leaved the hotel and book anothor one the hotel was so bad i hate kuala lumpur couse this hotel
-Reception only stay 9am to 6p.m -room maintanance is poor. -location is not good and we cannot walk outside at night bcs of securities problem. -call taxi is very difficult.
