The owner and staff are very helpful. Children love the pool. Very convinience-near to Queensbay Mall. The apartment makes you feel just like home.

Increase the allocation of car parks for visitors.
Kitchenette. Price might be at higher side.
Water leak at toilet basin and please always clean the quilt.
Price was a bit on the high side. Also the single parking lot provided for a 3-room apartment was insufficient as definitely 2 cars had to be used for 6 people.
Toilet facilities not as clean as expected although fair.
