I love the bed, it's not so soft, not so hard to my liking. I took the superior room and it's big enough for the two of us. Love the fact that there's a hairdryer in the room. Wifi was quite fast in the hotel room. Strong water pressure in the room, with hot shower available. Love it! Basement parking was lighted well. We felt secure. Nice interior design. Kudos!.
We were there to attend my best frends wedding,i was pleased by a malay
guy who checked in us, he was very frendly and very well manner, the
rooms looks exactly like how it is in the photo, very clean,affordable
,worth paying,very close to alor setar city. I would definetely come

Food outlet available nearby the hotel. Able to access to the wifi. Not a noisy location.
We got stained towels. The TV channels were fuzzy. Both could have been improved to provide a full satisfaction experience. There's a bar beside the hotel, so there was a bit of noise at night.
Overall, I am satisfied and it is value for money but there is one area that need improvement - hanging area to be slightly bigger.

Leaking ceiling of the bathroom. Door of the bathroom cannot close. Glass shelf in the bathroom (near the basin slanted and near to fall. Heater in the bathroom not working properly, sometimes hot and cold. No hair dryer provided.
Proposed:
To have a build in closet. A better presented dressing table.
