This is my first time to stay at this hotel (although I visited Beirut 4 times during the last 2 years). I booked this hotel based on the excellent guests feedback (89%) reported in letsbookhotel.com. I found the guests feedback is 100% correct and perhaps the hotel deserves an overall score more than 95% (I give this hotel a score of 100%).

Staff members were excellent, Rami, Ameera and Sameeh, and all the rest
that I didn’t get their names. There was a problem with hot water but
they worked on in it and fixed it. They were helpful by providing
information about the city and anything we asked for. They also have a
small business center with a couple of computers and a printer. The
Hotel is new and clean and the design is great. Its location is very
good for someone who wants to be close to the shopping area of Alhamra

The rooms were nicely decorated and a laptop was provided. I had a seaview room with a balcony overlooking La Plage swimming pool. Location is very central, only 10 seconds away from Hamra Street. It feels like a nice, small business hotel in Paris... Modern facilities. Breakfast is good and the new executive suite rooms and bathrooms look really nice. I don't know about the older rooms. -
