  The staff -- from reception to the chambermaids -- were efficient and friendly. The room was comfortable -- nice hardwood floors -- and good internet and plenty of channels on the television. Great location in the heart of Hamra and close to downtown.   This is my first time to stay at this hotel (although I visited Beirut 4 times during the last 2 years). I booked this hotel based on the excellent guests feedback (89%) reported in letsbookhotel.com. I found the guests feedback is 100% correct and perhaps the hotel deserves an overall score more than 95% (I give this hotel a score of 100%). Th - Staff members were excellent, Rami, Ameera and Sameeh, and all the rest that I didn’t get their names. There was a problem with hot water but they worked on in it and fixed it. They were helpful by providing information about the city and anything we asked for. They also have a small business center with a couple of computers and a printer.   Location is very central, only 10 seconds away from Hamra Street. It feels like a nice, small business hotel in Paris... Modern facilities. Breakfast is good and the new executive suite rooms and bathrooms look really nice. I don't know about the older rooms. - I stayed only for a night but everything was perfect. It's a really nice hotel room.the stuff is very friendly and the service is good.
