Thankyou to Mr Mark of front desk..always there to assist..he speaks
english and also indonesian.arranged us for my daughters skiing trip and
also taxi to change hotel after 2 nites. Also Mr Ryu the manager in his

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The rooms were
spotless, with crisp, white bedding and the bathrooms were pristine. We
chose the "breakfast included" option and were glad for it.
The restaurant has a lovely, varied buffet and good brewed coffee
(...with real cream! Try finding that, even in a coffee shop in Korea!)
the hotel is about a five minute walk to the nearest metro.

Everything about this hotel, rooms, staff, food was all right. Friendly, nice and helpful people. Good location, direct connection with the Incheon airport for ca. 15 $. -
Proximity to COEX, the exhibition center and shopping mall.
CALT City Airport Terminal is also at walking distance where you can check-in.
Very friendly staff.

I liked that is was so easy to get to from the airport just hop on the 6015 bus which was easy to find, and it takes you right to the hotel. This is important if you don't know Seoul and have just gotten off a long haul flight. I would stay there again as it was in the centre of the town but we only had one night so not much time to get about sigh

Fabulous staff -- professional, friendly and extremely helpful, a really topnotch crew. Perfect location right at the airport bus express stop and close to the train station and Metro. Plenty of shops and restaurants are nearby as is a big market. Our room was clean and comfortable. We were really happy here.

Very helpful front desk staff who kindly write Korean address to give
taxi driver. Line 5 subway Seodaemun station 1 minute away with lift.
Convenient to use airport train and transfer to Line 5. The cost for
whole trip 3850 won with t money. Also a airport bus stop right in front

The staff were very helpful and were very friendly even when we turned up very late.
The rooms were comfortable and a great size with heated floors that were a welcome break from the February cold!
Only a 2 minute walk from a subway station linked with two lines. -

Room was spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and spoke good English.
The location is reasonably close to a metro station but quiet
neighborhood. The breakfast was simple (egg and toast) but served its
purpose. Non-Korean tv channels were also available and the wifi in the
room worked well enough. -

Room was specious and the location was excellent. Airport limousine stops right outside the hotel and Donddaemum shopping district was right across the road. There is a convenient store next to the hotel and a post office 1 minute from the hotel. Restaurants were 1-5mins away. -

The staff we're really friendly. They helped us with everything and spoke enough English to help us with our needs.
The washroom did clog up, but the cleaning lady came in about 15 minutes to fix it. The beds were comfort and big enough. We were traveling with 4 adults and we got the family room. Best this about the room was the washing machine,

Friendly English speaking staff. Reasonable pricing for a big and comfortable family room that could even accommodate more than 4 adults. Great location. 5-10 minutes walk to subway, 10-15 minutes walk to Dondaemun shopping area,,15-20 minutes walk to Namdaemun and Myeongdong shopping area. Surrounded with restaurants and convenient stores. It's only 5 mins walk to the bus station for the shuttle bus to Incheon Airport which cost only 10,000 wons per person. The location of this hotel is great, right in the heart of Myeongdong. It's easy to go around because it is close to the subway station. The staff are nice and helpful. The room is clean and provides enough facilities you may want for your trip. -

It's very convenient. It's near the shopping around Myeong-DOng
and just outside the hotel, it's the subway train station. Aside
from that, it's very near to the airport bus express bus stop. Also,
the hotel offers free shuttle bus to Seoul Station, Dongdaemum, Namsan
Cable car station. It's quite cheap compare to other hotels. Free
wifi throughout the hotel.
